Favorite quote: Don’t let your good enough get in the way of your great. – Leslie Zann

Q: What were you doing before you started representing Rodan+Fields?
A: I was an instructor at Arkansas State University.

Q: When you started, did you think you would be successful?
A: I wasn’t sure if I would be successful, but I am willing to work my tail off so I hoped that this would help me achieve what I wanted to in this business. Nothing in this life comes easy; you must be willing to put in the work.

Q. What was your greatest challenge in this business and how did you overcome it?
A: My greatest challenge in the beginning was balancing this business with my other job and my family. I had to become very structured and very disciplined with my time and the hours in my day. I had to know when to put work aside and focus on my family and when to turn off all distractions and focus 100 percent on my business. Setting “appointments” with myself and when I would work R+F was a game changer for me.

Q. What is the best part of Rodan + Fields?
A. It is hard to choose one thing that is the “best part” of R+F, but the best part for me is the friendships I have made throughout the past three years. Amazing women who are so supportive and want the best for you! Watching team members achieve goals is one of the biggest blessings of this business for me as well! And another huge perk of this business has been the travel. . . being spoiled by our company on these incredible trips and traveling the world with my husband and my team has been SO MUCH FUN!

Q. Is there anything else you would like to share about your journey?
A. Joining R+F has been the best decision I have made for myself and my family. I truly wake up every day LOVING what I do, looking forward to “going to work” every day and I feel so blessed by the team of women I am on this journey with.

Favorite quote
“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” (Theodore Roosevelt)

Q: What were you doing before you started representing Rodan+Fields?
A: I was a stay-at-home mom to three kids under 5.

Q. When you started, did you think you would be successful?
A. I was scared because it was something that I have never tried before, but I knew that I would regret not trying more than if I never gave it a shot.

Q. What was your greatest challenge in this business and how did you overcome it?
A. Really, my belief in myself. When the challenges and disappointments come along it is hard not to start to doubt or get caught up in the disappointment. Learning to discipline my disappointment and pace myself based on my goals and not others has been a something I have had to work at.

Q. What is the best part of Rodan + Fields?
A. The relationships that I have formed. They truly are the biggest unexpected blessing in this business and I count them as a great treasure.

Favorite Quote: If you can dream it, you can do it. Walt Disney

A: Whatever I wanted, ha! I had been “retired” from nuclear medicine for 22 1/2 years and wasn’t looking for a business.
Q: When you started, did you think you would be successful?
A: I had no idea! I was nervous, but also excited! Started with small goals and went from there!
Q: What was your greatest challenge in this business and how did you overcome it?
A: Rejection. I don’t like being rejected, but I have learned not to take it personally. It’s especially gratifying when someone who told you no, comes back to you years later and joins you.
Q: What is the best part of Rodan + Fields?
A: By far, the community of people I have had the pleasure of meeting and the friendships that I have made.
Q: Is there anything else you would like to share about your journey?
A: I feel like I am part of an amazing movement, something big, and because of that, I feel so empowered. I am making a real difference in my family’s financial future and that feels good! So thankful I said yes!
