Rodan + Fields® is a Top Priority in Michelle Grawer’s Life
New Level V Executive Consultant Michelle Grawer from Little Rock, Arkansas, was not interested when first introduced to Rodan + Fields® by her neighbor Tiffany. But before long, Michelle noticed her friend’s incredible before and after Facebook photo postings, and she was intrigued. At the time, Michelle was in need of new skincare products and asked Tiffany to come over. Michelle could immediately see a change in Tiffany’s skin, and even Michelle’s 11-year-old son noticed a difference in their neighbor’s appearance. This time Michelle let Tiffany tell her about the business, and all Michelle had to hear was that it was a company founded by the Doctors who created Proactiv® Solution. Michelle signed up to be a Consultant January 1, 2012 and “hit the pavement.” And run she did … Michelle started rapidly expanding her team and reached the Level V Executive Consultant Title within five months. She credits her success to, “Just talking and talking and talking every day,” Michelle says, even when working with clients as a personal trainer.

Today Michelle has left personal training behind, and is focusing all of her efforts on her Rodan + Fields business. She quickly signed up several enthusiastic Consultants who attend her church, and from these individuals, several teams have emerged. “We grew so fast, we all started working together,” Michelle says. As an iStart Program achiever, Michelle’s first goal (as well as her entire team’s) is always to help new Consultants earn an iPad. To date, two of Michelle’s personally enrolled Consultants have become iStart Program achievers. She always uses the iPad she earned so people see it—and know how she got it—and she credits her team’s consistent training, teamwork and ability to capitalize on their unique strengths for helping so many in her organization reach the Level II EC Title so quickly. When Michelle presents, she tries to find out what is important to each person, and she is always available to help them with their own team building. Most of all, she makes her business a top priority in her life. “I always have my iPad at my fingertips,” says Michelle. “You never know when the perfect prospecting opportunity will appear.”
